I A UK truck driver is feared 1st at sea after he went missing cm a P860 ferry during a hannel crossing.
The unnamed driver was on card the 23:10hrs crossing Lorn Dover to Zeebrugge on unday 11 August. He was ?ported missing by his co-driar as they arrived in Belgium on londay morning.
A spokesperson for P&G tena Line says: "Belgian police carried out a thorough search of the ship and were satisfied the man was not on board.'
Meceuro Geert, commissioner of the Zeebrugge Maritime and River Police, says: "The driver could have left the ship and got onto another truck or could be lost at sea.
"We have both the French and Belgian authorities searching the waters for him and checking the trucks that were on board."
