Transport, has been appointed deputy chief mechanical engineer (road services). Mr. Shave, who is 55, joined the London General Omnibus Co. in 1925 as an apprentice at Chiswick Works. At that time, his father. Mr. George Shave, was chief engineer and operating manager of the company.
