MERCEDES-BENZ (UK) is encouraging its dealers to use specially equipped vans to supply Mercedes vehicle spare parts direct to its customers, in an attempt to protect its business from independent parts marketing companies.
Each van will carry its own micro-fiche viewer for parts identification with a comprehensive spares stock and ordered items.
