SILVER ROADWAYS Contracts, part of the Tate and Lyle Transport group, has trebled the size of its tanker fleet at its Millwall depot from eight to 24 in the past 18 months. And Roadways intend to maintain this growth rate over the next 18 months.
All the tankers are powered by either Volvo F86 or F88 tractive units while the tanker trailers were supplied by Butterfield Tanks of Shipley, part of the Harvey group of companies. Each trailer is equipped with Norde running gear.
