BULGARIA aims to be the world's biggest maker of industrial trucks by 1990, with an output of 150,000 a year, says the Sofia Press Agency. In two years' time "the number of products will grow to 265 types in over 2,000 modifications."
At present, says the agency, "46 types of electric trucks in over 60 modifications" are being produced, not to mention "buses, cars and freight trucks with a rich gamut of superstructure, diesel engines, baulage batteries, eta," Competition can't be much more intimidating than that.
