AYR POLICE are appealing for information following a robbery which took place at a warehouse at Prestwick Airport on 5 June.
At around 10.55arri, three masked men entered the Northwest Freight Centre, threatened a member of staff with a knife and made off in a large white van with computer component parts worth over £300,000.
DI Kevin Quinn at Ayr CID says: "I am particularly interested in speaking to anyone who was in the vicinity of the car park at the freight centre between 10.50am and 12pm on the day. There is a small snack bar nearby and I would like to speak to any customers who may have information which might assist the inquiry." Contact: Ayr CID on 01292 664000
