THE Minister of Transport has dismissed the appeals of Baillie Brothers, Ltd., and Clyde Bank Motors, Ltd., against the refusal of the Southern Scotland Traffic Commissioners to authorize the continuance of coupon tickets on services between Glasgow and Helensburgh and Glasgow and Balloch.
Mr. Dykes, in his report, said that any proposal to introduce an alternative form of ticket designed to prevent the irregularities that have occurred with the coupon ticket should be re ferred to the Commissidners. The Minister agreed with this suggestion.
