A NEW ELECTRIC vehicle from ZeroEd made its debut at the CV Show, boasting shortened charging times and an extended daily 1,Inge. Using lithium ion phosphate batteries for 1112,her discharge current and boasting no loss of internal floor space, the vehicle is claimed to need only six hours for a full charge — while a one-hour top-up (theoretically, in a driver's break) allows it to cover up to 120 miles.
It also features regenerative braking to capture energy and feed it back into the supply. The ZeroEd is the culmination of a joint venture between Minitram Systems, which provided the battery technology, Paneltex body builders and VMS Fleet management.
