• It is expected that many drivers will face charges of dangerous or careless driving following the recent multiple accidents on M and M10. Improved motorway safety measures and an immediate inquiry into allegations that fog warning signs were not illuminated in sufficient time are to be requested by Liberal Parliamentary transport spokesman, Mr. Peter Besse!l when the Commons resumes.
