• A new depot capable of carrying out preMinistry of Transport tests on up to six vehicles per day was opened by Mr. A. T. Webster, the sales director of BLMC at Croydon on Wednesday. The new depot, the sixth in the Sparshatt group in the South of England, covers an area of 16,000 sq.ft. and will employ 30 mechanics servicing up to 30 vehicles.
