The decision to split the mpany is the result of a new "ee-year business plan. UK anaging director Petar etkovic has resigned from the ffipany believing that he has role in the new organisation :spite being closely involved in rmulating the plan.

Thierry Leduc, group comunication director, says: "We ve had an excellent working lationship with Petar ietkovic and we wish him well th his future endeavours."
