Employ Recruitment has a number of procedures in place to ensure that its high standards are maintained. For example, every prospective customer receives a visit from an Employ consultant. This gives both parties the opportunity to identify the type of driver required—and discuss other issues such as health and safety considerations. The consultant then passes on all the details to the Employ Recruitment team so they can identify a driver with the necessary skills.
In addition, the licences of all prospective drivers are checked with the DVLA —and any drivers who have been unsafe, or have shown a poor attitude, are taken off the books.
Tachographs are sent to customers every week and a computer system identifies if this process is overdue.
