Handling Fuller Transmissions: As a result of the acquisition of the E.N.V. companies bythe Eaton Manufacturing Co. of Cleveland, U.S.A., E.N.V. Engineering Co. Ltd.. Hythe Road, Willesden, N.W.10, has assumed responsibility for the sales of Fuller transmission equipment in the U.K. and Europe.

Clayton Dewandre Profit: Group profit of Clayton Dewandre Holdings Ltd. for 1962 is announced as £222,272, after a provision of £231,610 for estimated income tax and profits tax. Perkins' New Plant: Work has commenced on the construction of the 100,000 sq. ft. factory at Spennymoor, Co. Durham. for F. Perkins Ltd. The project is part of a E4 in. scheme also involving a seven-bay extension at the 780,000 sq. ft. Eastfield plant at Peterborough and is designed to provide 400,000 sq. ft. more factory space, giving capacity to increase current daily U.K. production of up to 1,000 diesel engines by 50 per cent, New Branches: Associated Engineering (Sales) Ltd. has opened a stores and service branch at Highgate Road, Sparkbrook, Birmingham, II; a branch office in Regent Street, Northampton; and a branch in Clarence Street, Wolverhampton, which will serve the Walsall, Dudley, Cannock and Shrewsbury areas.
