TRUCK DRIVERS have b accused of causing problems residents in Northampton by pi ing their vehicles on a housing cs and using the street as a urinal.
The. attack on drivers park on a through road in Gra: Park was carried in a local pa and drew an immediate respo from Angela Beckett, transr manager at Northampt based SJ Beckett Transport. explains that the drivers are be victimised for cireumstan beyond their control.
In a letter to the Nordramp Herald & Post, which carried story, Beckett says that drivers forced to park on the street pa because "local parking fa( ties all over the country owi by local authorities are clos because the land is being sold in more lucrative deals for hc ing development".
