A STAINLESS steel Coleman tank//bitumen distributor tan with a 13,000 litre (3,000 g capacity is said to be the first its type to be fitted to an E six-wheeler unit.
Bought by Colas of Grantha a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Sh which is engaged in special's road maintenance, the distrib tor is fitted with a pto-operat bitumen pump and a 4m (12 expanding spray bar.
The ERF unit, plated to tonnes gvw, is powered by Gardner diesel, and is equipp speed is about 2mph in craw with double-drive. Its operatil gear.
The bitumen distributor is on of six ERF's recently sold to Cc las by Sellers and Batty c Lincolnshire.
