for more than 120 Tradeteam employees who lost their jobs after the Hams Hall site closed this month. The drinks distributor, part of DHL, delivered to pubs and clubs in the West Midlands but was hit by a decline in volumes and the site closed on 6 April. Unite says the drivers, warehouse staff, draymen, as well as admin and clerical employees who worked at the Warwickshire plant, were balloted on the deal, which already included an enhanced redundancy package. It was accepted by a majority.
