to return to the UK for a period during the summer During this visit I would like to bring myself up to data on vehicle electrics and fuel-injection equipment, an area in which my experience is lacking. Could you tell me what facilities exist for acquiring such training in a short period?
Joseph Lucas (Export) Ltd hold a series A of special courses for overseas visitors running throughout the year. These are usually of one, two or three weeks' duration and are held either at the Lucas service school in Birmingham or at the CAV training centre, Acton, London.
Courses are arranged so that instruction on the complete range of Lucas equipment can be given which includes Lucas CAV and Simms electrical equipment on light and heavy commercial vehicles, CAV and Simms fuel-injection equipment and Holset turbochargers.
