BEXLEYHEATH TRANSPORT has been granted a London bus agreement for 11 commuter services linking North Kent communities with central London.
The company appealed against London Transport's decision to allow only eight of the routes, but Transport Secretary David Howell has given the goahead for all 11, and the first of these from Crayford and Bexleyheath — start on April 11.
Bexleyheath Transport will use coaches normally run on daytime duties in central London, thus reducing its dead mileage.
