• William Nuttall Transport Ltd has acquired the whole of the issued share capital of Frome Warehouses Ltd, a private general hauliers company in the Frome area in Somerset which had previously acquired the haulage business carried on by E. J. Bennett and Sons Ltd.
The activities of the new subsidiary are complementary to the present activities of the Nuttall Group.
