The Welsh arm of green campaigners Friends of the Earth has accused hauliers of using a -paper thin" argument to try to win fuel concessions. Friends of the Earth Cymru claims the threat to British hauliers from overseas competition is "minute" and warns that cuts in fuel duty would accelerate global warming.
