THE North Western deputy Licensing Authority, Mr. A. H. Joeliffe, reserved his decision on. an application by Northern Ireland Trailers Ltd., at Preston on Wednesday, The company asked for four artics on A licence to carry goods to and from Liverpool and Preston in connection with ferry services to Ireland.
