II With the advent of the COMM regulations, DeVilbiss has revised its full-visor and half-mask breathing air outfits.
The first now has a ratchet knob an the moulded rear headband for rapid fitting and adjustment. The visor has a flip-up facility and the air supply to the face is gently dispersed "at a positive pressure and diffused for comfort and reduced noise".
The half-mask is a total redesign, with improved face fit and dual exhalation outlets.
Both outfits now feature the same waistbelt. which provides a quickly detached, self-sealing connections for the main air line inlet.
