AAR. FRASER has not, as yet, sought IVI the advice of the Nationalized Transport Advisory Council. Stating this in the Commons last week; the Transport Minister added that he would make a statement about the Council's future "as soon as I am ready to do so ".
Mr. Geoffrey Wilson (Tory, Truro) recalled that when. Labour was in opposition it frequently complained that the Conservative Government were not co-ordinating nationalized transport policies, and he said it was astonishing, if that view was correct, that the new Government had not done so.
Asked about a new chairman for the Council, Mr. Fraser said he had no immediate intention of changing the identity of the chairman, "who is myself ".
