ACCORDING TO THE Office of National Statistics, the UK's trade deficit on goods and services was £4.4bn in February. compared with £5bn in January. Goods gave a deficit of 17.5bn and services a f3bn surplus. Exports to EU countries are rising slightly against imports, and both imports and exports with nonEU countries are rising (1200m and £400m respectively).
Aircraft.cars, oil and basicmaterials are among the growth products.
