Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW forklift truck—the llonator—equipped with a unique steering system demonstrates a principle discovered by Mr Bengt Ilon.

The fork-lift, built by Broderna Lundbergs Mekaniska Verkstad AB of Sweden, employs eight cigar-shaped rubber rollers fitted at 450 to the wheel rims, replacing the conventional tyres.

Each wheel is separately powered by hydraulic engines and the vehicle's direction is changed by powering two wheels on one side forward and the other two backward. It can be made to go sideways by driving two wheels on one side against each other and the other two towards each other. The vehicle is controlled by a 'T'-shaped steering device.
