Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

To meet 'the increasing need for a 100V power supply where portable industrial power tools are being used, Black and Decker Industrial has introduced a range of portable isolating transfooners.

There are four transformers in the range, each with a different power rating and all isolate input and output current and convert mains output into safer power-tool supply. The housing is made from a lightweight polycarbonate metal substitute which is flameproof and has high impact resistance.

The transformer incorporates a thermal cut-out safety device, working on the manual re-set principle.
