IT WASN'T until he took the keys of the 4x4 Tata Safari EX that Andrew Bell believed he had won the competition run by Tata and Commercial Motor. Workington, Cumbria-based Bell collected the top-of-the-range Tata, worth £15,000 (ex-VAT) from Craig Smith, general manager of the Rayrigg Rover dealership in Barrow-in-Furness and Tata representative Tony Miles.
