Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A CREDITORS' MEETING to discuss whether to place Walsall-based freight forwarder FG Foster Haulage into liquidation is scheduled to take place tomorrow (21 January).

Companies House documents show that finance company Hitachi Capital (UK) has a debenture on the Midlands firm, which has a licence authorising the use of 10 vehicles and 21 trailers, securing all monies due or becoming due on 22 June 2010.

The last available set of accounts, for the year ending 31 December 2008, show FG Foster Haulage had tangible assets of £397,000 and current assets of £145,000.

The insolvency practitioner involved, Eileen Sale, of Sale, Smith & Co, was unavailable for comment.

CM's calls to the Cheslyn Hay offices of FG Foster Haulage to speak to directors Hayley Foster or Warren Billingham went unanswered.
