THE High Court his. allowed the appeal of the police against the dismissal by the Ottery St. Mary Bench of two summonses against Mr. W. G. Foiland, Plymouth, for towing a caravan behind a commercial vehicle for 1,1.1tich the appropriate licence was not held, The police case was that the vehicle was being operated for hire and reward. The defendant_was fined £1 on each summons, plus costs.
