• DFDS Transport has taken its first Scania tractive units. The three twin-steer centre liftaxle R124LA 6x2/4NA 360 sleeper cabs, from Westrucks of Bristol, are being operated on a five-year, full-maintenance Scania Vehicle Management contract hire agreement. They have Jost sliding fifth wheels and full Scania air-management systems, and are scheduled to cover 100.000 miles a year.
