Mr. Cook said there had been difficulties in arranging the necessary capital to run the bus service. He was, however, hoping to realize money from the • sale of an estate at Bingley in which he had a one-third interest and said: " As soon as I get a coach I intend to operate the service".
Major Eastwood adjourned the case until January 2, adding: "If nothing has been done by then we shall have to revoke the licence".
