twin-axle trailer with spray suppression equipment? .4ccording to the Royal Automobile Club's technical department, a skilled fitter can take as little as 43 minutes 37 seconds.
That was the time it recorded for an experienced fitter in a test conducted at Trailerent's Milton Keynes depot recently. Two identical trailers were fitted with the Clear Pass system using Fit Fast frames. by Transmit Engineering. The second semi-trailer was used to time the performance of a second fitter unfamiliar with the product. He achieved a creditable time of 73 minutes 31 seconds.
In both trials the fitting times recorded included trimming the flaps, assembly, positioning and securing the equipment to the vehicles.
