Simon Sundedand, the 23 -year old who was jailed for five years last week after a Sheffield court found him guilty of covering much of the town in graffiti. No, this is the work of contractors replacing the lighting on the A2 in Kent, They have pointed out a moss of these signs along the road instead of removing them after the signs finished warning drivers of 10 weeks' worth of road works during the job. But, unhappily for drivers, the signs will be restored to their former glory early in the summer, when the second phase of the work begins. It's ugly but it's an effective way of saving money and if it catches on, Sunderland could Find it easier to get a job when he's released.
