Twinlock Ltd has recently redesigned its range of office equipment to bring it into line with new VAT regulations. This covers three main areas. First, continuous stationary for purchasing and invoicing used in Scribe and Copyflow automatic registers has undergone 30 form changes. These cover such applications as counter sales, service and repair, all-purpose invoices, single cash and double cash invoices, filling station invoices.
Secondly a new system — Triform 73 — has been introduced to accommodate the necessary VAT information. Existing users of the Twinlock Inform 69 system need not worry about this if their terms of business do not include settlement discount. Lastly, there is the VAT account record book which from April 1, 1973 will be used to summarize records of goods and services received or supplied in the course of business. This new VAT account record book makes the necessary allowance for these special records.
