cost £250; in a workshop the cost for labour alone could have spiralled to £500 for the five hours it might have taken. In theory, it's half the time and cost without taking into account the booking procedure of getting a CV into a garage.

Some workshops would argue they might have pushed the work through just as quickly, but charging labour always means it is time that is charged, and time... well, how long is a piece of string?
