I feel that "The Hawk," writing about tachographs in the July 1 issue of CM, is labouring under a very uerious misapprehension when he suggests that the rank and file members of the unions are not against the fitting of tachos.
The fact that two men, out of the hundreds of thousands of professional lrivers, union or non-union, lappen to wish to work in 3errnany, is hardly any :riterion though, of course, they are entitled to their own opinion.
Also, what does "The Hawk" mean when he refers to the "benefits" which would accrue from the use of his obnoxious instrument?
