A DESIGN Council grant enabled GHP Cooltrucks to develop a new refrigerated body.
Integrated body and chassis cab styling incorporates an improved payload potential of up to 20 per cent and a reduction in drag.
Two examples based on a 3.5-tonne Freight Rover Sherpa and 7.5-tonne Leyland Roadrunner chassis/cab were exhibited at the National Meat Trades Fair at Harrogate last week.
