The mobile hoarding idea, however, is nothing new — TNT has similar trailers finished in the livery of other customers including Mazda, Heron Grange and Dennis.
The two trailers are, not surprisingly, fitted with Netlon equipment, and were specially painted as part of a recent refurbishment progr-arnme.
• The threat of court action by Dow Freight Services against TNT Road Services (See CM September 27) is continuing, but no date has yet been fixed for the case to come to court.
A spokeswoman for Dow Freight said the company would be applying for a trial date before the end of the year. The delay, she said, was caused by a hold-up in the exchange of papers.
