A CONFERENCE called The Computer in Distribution Planning will be held in London on October 1 and 2 covering such subjects as depot siting, service levels and cost, traffic planning, fleet costs, maintenance scheduling and stock control — all with the aid of the computer. Many of the speakers come from the transport industry.
It will be held at the Holiday Inn, Swiss Cottage in Northwest London.
The price is £190 plus vat.
