August), I resent the implication that there is something wrong with this company because there is a burnt out building at the front of the wharf and access to our premises is, according to your article, "tricky". While these assertions are vague and not relevant to the rest of the article, I would like to point out that the burnt out building at the front of the site is not ours but is owned by and is the responsibility of our landlord.
With regard to tricky access, like many older industrial areas this estate was not designed for HGVs and access for them is not ideal. However, it is as good as, or in many cases better than thousands of other industrial areas throughout London and the UK. This company and the many other companies that hold 0-licences on this estate have had approval by the DoT—the Vehicle Inspectorate testing station for North Londoi shares the same access roads.
