Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Ferrymasters is about to take over Dutch transport and forwarding company GTW.

The purchase will help expand Ferrymasters' reefer service, which has increased "substantially" during the past two years. Ferrymasters is now considering at least four more transport company acquisitions.

GTW was previously owned by Venture Fund Rotterdam and will retain its own identity.

Ferrymasters says: "This is our year of acquisition. As a result we expect our reefer side to expand at a very fast rate as the companies we plan on taking over are already involved in reefer operations or have the facilities to adapt." C Ferrymaster's Scandinavia division has begun to renew its fleet with the delivery of five Mercedes-Benz, five lveco Ford tractors and about 40 York box van trailers. The box vans are specially designed for Sweden's railways.

The division has also ordered 50 12.5m tilt trailers from Spanish manufacturer Trabosa.
