Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Commercial Motor helped save owner-driver Jason Bunce from going out of business last week after we publicised details of his stolen trailer.

Just a few hours after copies of the magazine hit the streets on Thursday (16 February), Bunce received a call from a shrewd CM reader who read about Bunce's plight through our weekly Crimeline reports.

The anonymous caller had spotted the refrigerated box trailer a week before, parked in a Greenwich truck park. Bunce was overjoyed when he recovered his £43,000 unit last week. He had set up his HatTietsham, Maidstone-based business, LAB International, just before Christmas.

The caller reported the trailer just in time. Its chassis number had already been changed and its registration plate and most of its livery had been removed since it was stolen between 2-3 February. Bunce will meet the caller this week to pay him the £1,000 reward.
