The scheme is the brainchild of Diana van den Dungen, marketing manager for the construction company Capco and organiser of CHAMPS (Construction Helping Missing Persons Scheme).
If Pinder is found her picture will be replaced with that of another missing person; otherwise they will stay on until July before being replaced.
"People read messages on trucks," says van den Dungen. it is an effective form of advertising, so we thought why not use the back of trucks to help the National Missing Persons Helpline re-unite families?

Pinder was last. seen by a friend on the morning of 21 November at her home. She took her keys and very lithe else before leaving the house; her mother has not heard from her since.
