• Cranleigh, Surrey-based Redashe is marketing a new range of Macnaught mechanical and electronic oil control guns for dispensing engine oil, transmission fluid and antifreeze/anti-boil liquids.
Made in Australia, the first models offered are the HG40 with mechanical register, and two electronic units: the HG60 with a pre-set automatic shut-off and the HG50 with a manual shut-off.
The trio are said to accurately dispense, measure and control oil flow to within +/-0.5%, and provide a reset batch total plus reset and non-reset cumulative amounts.
The H060 has five programmable volumes, with smart technology to diagnose and eliminate any system inaccuracies.
Most other makes of gun have 6.0/9.0V supplies, but the Macnaught uses just 3.0V and includes a failsafe shut-off mechanism and sleep mode to save battery power if left on idle for more than two minutes. Contact: Steve Milner on 01483 275774 or e-mail the firm on www.redashe.co.uk.
