AS PREDICTED Fruehauf Parts and Service, the after-market arm of the troubled trailer manufacturer, was bought out by its management last week on the day it went into receivership.
The new business, to be called FP&.S. is expected to retain its 268 employees operating from 17 parts outlets, three repair shops and 4 mobile vans.
The five-man MBO team is le by MD Phillip Heathcote.
Parent company Crane Fret hauf went into receivership at th start of February with the closur of its Dereham factory and the lo of 345 jobs (CM 3 February).
