He says that the more the industry can do to improve the quality of our drivers, particularly when it comes to their effectiveness and the reduction of emissions changes in driver behaviour can produce, the better the industry will become.Ve believe the whole organisation will benef it and be more professional if we invest in the organisation and take everybody with us," he insists.
"If you go down the path of saying we will just tick the box to do the training, you are missing an opportunity. You are obliged to spend that time, so why not get the most out of it? You can tailor your training and don't have to stick to a curriculum. If you have someone sitting in a room who you can train, then you should get the most out of it."
