been appointed by Laidlaw Trucks of Bellshill. John Winning, who is also Chairman of the Scottish Committee of the Institute of Road Transport Engineers, has worked in the truck industry for 32 years. Prior to joining Laidlaw Trucks, he spent 11 years as service manager for a national transport company based in East Kilbride.
