A NEW edition of "The 1-1,Commerciat Motor" Tables of Operating Costs, corrected to take into account the recent increases in costs, has now been published. Copies, at 2s. 6d. each (2s. 8d. by post), can be obtained direct from Temple Press Ltd., Bowling Green Lane, London. E.C.1, or from any bookseller or bookstall.
With the gap between revenue and cost gradually narrowing, it is essential that every operator of goods and passenger vehicles should check each item of expenditure. The figures contained in the Tables represent the average of the experience of operators, large and
small, all over the country. The user who can improve on them has cause for gratification; the operator whose costs are higher than the average should investigate them immediately..
