FRANK WOODWARD has been retained by Galcol Fleet Services (GFS) to advise on all aspects of fleet management and vehicle finance. In addition to having been a former managing director of the Plessey transport fleet, Mr Woodward was a columnist and occasional contributor to CM.
His new appointment is part of GFS's reorganisation which includes the appointment of a team of executives to develop existing business and expand into contract hire and leasing of all types of vehicle.
John Morris has joined the company as regional sales director. He has held various senior management positions in industry.
Cliff Rose is operations controller and will be responsible for the control of all vehicle maintenance procedures and supervision. He was previously engaged in similar work with the Heron and Hartwell groups.
Jan Hallam, whose experience includes managing a small garage, joins as secretary/sales co-ordinator, and Brian Galbraith heads the team as managing director.
