• Rodney Deslandes, 47, who joined Hometune in 1987, is now director and general manager. Previously he held a variety of posts with Avis Rent-a-Car, working in the UK, Channel Islands and South Africa. Hometune, based in Tunbridge Wells, is currently establishing a national training centre.
